Description

Die Bundesanstalt für Landwirtschaft und Ernährung (BLE) vergibt Unified Support Leistungen für die 2nd und 3rd Level-Unterstützung bei Incidents, Problemen und Service Requests. Der Support umfasst ca. 205 Windows Server und ca. 1.800 PCs mit Produkten wie MS Windows Server, MS Exchange Server, MS Configuration Manager und MS Office 2024. Der Support wird 'as-needed' und rund um die Uhr (24/7) für reaktive Anfragen bereitgestellt, mit regulären Servicezeiten von Montag bis Freitag, 09:00-16:00 Uhr. Die Kommunikation muss in deutscher Sprache (Niveau C1) erfolgen.
