n8n is an open-source workflow tool, similar to Zapier or Make but self-hostable. Through n8n you connect procuris to 400+ services in minutes, without us having to maintain a separate connector for each one. You stay in full control of your data flows.
Out of the box there are pre-built n8n templates for Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Zoho CRM. Through the procuris API you can additionally connect any other system, for example Twenty CRM, Odoo or an internal ERP.
Yes. procuris exposes a REST API with token authentication. You can read and write tenders, pipeline entries, tasks and notes. Webhooks notify your systems in real time about new matching tenders, status changes or deadline updates.
Both are supported. For smaller setups we provide a hosted n8n instance inside the procuris workspace. Teams that need full data control or want to encode sensitive business logic run n8n themselves, on-prem or in their own cloud, and talk to procuris through the API.
All API calls and n8n workflows are logged inside procuris: who read or changed which data and when. API tokens are scoped and individually revocable. Workflows can be restricted to workspace or project level, so external tools only see the data they actually need.
